Frequently asked questions
Can we keep our existing phone numbers?
Yes. We port your numbers from any Swiss carrier. You sign a porting authorisation, we handle the rest with our carrier partner. Porting costs CHF 45 per number, one-time.
How does holiday routing work exactly?
You enter a period with a start and end date and time — for example 24 December 12:00 to 2 January 08:00 — and choose what happens: a special announcement, voicemail or forwarding. When the period ends, your normal opening-hours routing is back automatically.
Which devices are supported?
Web browser, Windows and macOS desktop apps, and native apps for iPhone and Android from the App Store, Google Play and Microsoft Store. Desk phones are optional.
Is the admin login really free?
Yes. An administrator account that manages the system but has no extension costs nothing. Only telephony users and the optional Superadmin licence are billed.
What is the contract term?
Minimum term 12 months, then monthly with 1 month notice. One-time items are due with the first invoice.
Are prices including VAT?
All prices are in CHF excluding 8.1 % Swiss VAT. VAT is shown separately on every invoice.
