Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These terms govern the Mixel PBX cloud telephony subscription sold on pbx.mixel.ch to business customers in Switzerland. By completing checkout you accept them.
Effective 7 September 2026
1. Provider and scope
The service is provided by MIXEL IT and Corporate Services, Rüterspüelstrasse 17, 8173 Neerach, Switzerland (“MIXEL”, “we”). It is offered to companies, associations, churches and public bodies in Switzerland (B2B). It is not offered to consumers.
2. Services
Mixel PBX is a hosted telephone system: user licences with softphone and mobile apps, IVR, voicemail, call groups, queues, announcements, time-based and dated routing, and an administration web interface. Optional items are the Telefonie-Flat / trunk (Swiss fixed and mobile calling over our carrier partners), business numbers, number porting, a Superadmin licence and one-time onboarding.
3. Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and exclude 8.1 % Swiss VAT, which is shown separately on every invoice.
- User licence: CHF 19.00 (Talk), CHF 29.00 (Engage) or CHF 49.00 (Engage + WFM) per user and month.
- Administrator login without extension: free of charge.
- Superadmin licence: CHF 29.00 per month.
- Telefonie-Flat / trunk: CHF 39.00 per month, fair use for normal business calling to Swiss fixed and mobile networks.
- Business number: CHF 3.00 per number and month.
- Setup / onboarding: CHF 390.00 one-time. Number porting: CHF 45.00 one-time per number.
Calls outside Swiss fixed and mobile networks, premium-rate numbers and services not listed above are charged per tariff or quotation.
4. Term and termination
The subscription has a minimum term of 12 months from the start of paid service (the end of the 14-day trial). After the minimum term it continues month to month and can be terminated by either party with 1 month notice to the end of a month, via the billing portal or in writing to [email protected]. Reducing the number of licences is possible at the end of the minimum term. Adding licences or options is possible at any time.
5. Payment
Recurring items are billed monthly in advance. One-time items (setup, porting) are due with the first invoice. Payment is processed by Stripe by card or, where enabled, by invoice with 10 days net. If a payment fails, we may restrict outbound calling until the invoice is settled; inbound calling and emergency calls remain available where technically possible.
6. Provisioning and porting
User licences are available immediately. The trunk and business numbers are provisioned within 2 business days of payment. Porting of existing numbers requires a signed porting authorisation (LOA) and takes place on the date confirmed by your current carrier; porting is subject to that carrier’s cooperation and the number’s portability.
7. Fair use and acceptable use
The Telefonie-Flat covers normal business use. Automated mass calling, call-centre-style outbound campaigns, resale, or traffic patterns that indicate fraud are excluded and may be blocked. You are responsible for securing your credentials and devices.
8. Availability and support
We target 99.95 % monthly availability of the platform. This is a target, not a financially backed service level agreement. Planned maintenance is announced on the status page. Support is available by e-mail on business days.
9. Liability
MIXEL is liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, indirect damage and lost profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the event. Emergency calls are routed via our carrier partners; location accuracy depends on the address you register.
10. Data protection
Personal data is processed according to our privacy notice and, for business customers, the data processing agreement.
11. Governing law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland. These terms may be updated; the version in force at checkout applies to your minimum term.
